How often are the rentals sanitized?
We sanitize all of our equipment in between each reservation with products recommended by the CDC to kill 99.9% of germs including Covid-19.
How far in advance should I make reservations?
Our recommendation is booking as soon as you know the date of your event. We typically see reservations 30 days in advance.
Am I able to pick up inflatables or tents instead of delivery?
We deliver and setup all of our tents and inflatables as customer safety is our top priority. We do allow customers to pick up tables, chairs & games.
Do you require a deposit at time of booking?
Yes, we require a 20% deposit to hold your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation for any a reason, a full refund will be granted if cancelation takes place 21 days or more from your event. If a cancelation takes place with less than 21 days of your scheduled event, you will receive a refund less the 20% deposit or have the option of rescheduling at no additional charge.
What happens if inclement weather is in the forecast the day of our event?
If inclement weather is predicted on the day of your event you will be given the option to cancel your rental or reschedule at no cost. We do reserve the right to cancel events if dangerous weather is predicted. Once delivered, no refunds will be offered for weather.
Are you able to use water on all inflatables?
Not all inflatables are designed for water. Some of our units are intended to stay dry while others have the option of being used wet or dry. Each of our inflatables indicate if water can be used.
What is required for setup?
A relatively flat, open area that does not have any overhead obstructions and a power outlet within 50 feet of where they unit is to be set up. Visit our Rentals page to view required space for each inflatable.
